Alan Dubow,
is employed full time as the President/CEO of NARC.
He previously was a
Vice President
at
Capital Health Solutions,
where he directed a griatric care management program that works
exclusively with seniors that have Dementia and Behavioral Health issues.
Widely regarded as among the foremost experts in the National Capital Area on
care options for seniors, Alan, with extensive experience in the rehabilitation and long
term care field, explains the complex health care system so that it is readily
understood who goes where and what resources are available to cover care costs.
He has designed healthcare informational programs used by both healthcare
providers as outreach and marketing tools, and for non-profit organizations for
major national initiatives. He has a degree in Psychology from Vassar College
and Masters and Doctorate degrees from the University of Miami.

Stephanie
Barrett, a trainer in Dementia care with
Capital Health Solutions, Stephanie is
former Director of the Alzheimer's units at Northwest Healthcare Center and
the Residences at Thomas Circle. She holds an M.A degree in neuro-psychology
from Wesleyan University and has worked in the clinical field for over 20
years. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of
Alzheimer’s care, whose work includes a research grant from the Epilepsy
Foundation and research on dementia in Down's Syndrome patients at Johns
Hopkins University. A published author in clinical journals, Stephanie has
also been a presenter at the annual regional meeting of Clinical
Psychologists for 5 consecutive years and a consultant to the New Zealand
Ministry of Education for three years. |

Mark Gottlieb is both a licensed
insurance agent and a health care/senior living
consultant. He has been a licensed insurance agent
since the year 2000, at which time he obtained a
license in order to assist seniors in their
consideration of seeking long term care protection.
Over a period of time, he added different components
of insurance and financial services to his practice
in order to address a wide variety of needs being
expressed by clients.
He has been certified by
both the Maryland and District of Columbia Health
Exchanges to offer both individual and small group
products. Mark has also served as the Administrator
at a 156 unit Senior Living Community which offered
three levels of service, and which thus provided him
with even a greater understanding of the day to day
needs and challenges faced by an aging population,
including the associated costs of care and the
challenges of paying for it.

Allen Kuhn
is the CEO of Right At Home of Central New
Jersey,providing quality in-home care and assistance
to seniors in Monmouth County, NJ, since 2001s.
Allen graduated Quinnipiac College in 1976 with a
B.A. in Psychology. He worked for the next 25 years
in the import/export industry in New York City.
Allen has been married 27 years to his wife Linda.
They have a daughter Nicole, and son Jeremy both
Graduated in 2011 and 2012 respectively. Nicole is a
Nurse and Jeremy is a Chemical Engineer. |
